Aquimont Capital was formed by Aron Berke and Nick Lovejoy and is focused on finding exceptional healthcare companies that have a motivated seller and the potential to achieve meaningful growth.
We are seasoned operators that bring a combined 18+ years of experience in the healthcare sector across various categories including care delivery and alternative payment models, life science and pharmaceuticals, population health, regulatory enforcement, and digital health. We are committed to bringing this experience to bear on extending the legacy of business owners, and work in concert with a team of advisors with decades of clinical, financial, M&A, and operating experience to make it happen.

Co-Founder and Managing Principal
Aron Berke
Aron has 7 years of extensive experience in the healthcare sector with an emphasis on commercializing innovative products and services. Most recently, Aron built the interoperability platform from scratch at a tech-enabled healthcare services startup and then led a small machine learning team at a financial technology startup where he developed the company’s first risk models. Prior to that, he worked at a consulting firm leading strategy and market research projects for Fortune 500 biotech and pharma clients.
Aron holds a bachelor’s degree (BA) from Pomona College and a dual master’s degree in business administration and public health (MBA/MPH) from Yale University. He also completed a Certificate in Data Science with the NYC Data Science Academy.
Aron lives with his wife and his dog Socrates in Brooklyn, NY. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, surfing, and traveling.
Co-Founder and Managing Principal
Nick Lovejoy
Nick has a proven track record as a thoughtful and innovative leader in the healthcare space with over a decade of experience in various payor, provider, and health services organizations with a specific focus on technology and scalability. He was CEO and Co-Founder of Staple Health (sold to Unite Us - March 2020), a B2B healthcare technology company focused on using data to identify risks and opportunities for customers in the health insurance industry. After the acquisition, Nick joined the Unite Us leadership team to build and manage the data science and analytics teams, managed a $20mm P&L, and oversaw the acquisition and integration of two companies.
Nick holds a bachelor’s degree from St. Lawrence University and master’s degrees in health management and data science from Yale and Berkeley, respectively. He lives in Vermont with his wife and two boys. Together they enjoy skiing, hiking, and building furniture in the family’s woodshop.
